I'm so glad you're here.My name is Siona. In addition to being an independent producer, I provide practical mentorship and grounded support through those various territories where ordinary guidance runs out: creative and vocational callings; circumstances that conspire to reshape us; exciting or bewildering life challenges; and the slow, sacred process of coming to our real work.I hold dual master's degrees in Transpersonal and Jungian & Archetypal Psychology, years of training in somatic practices and spiritual companionship, and personal experience with the peculiar loneliness of following an unconventional path. I know what it is to abandon security for something you can't fully explain, to feel the pressure of a calling that won't let you ignore it, and to experience the magic of what can unfold through transformations that are genuinely supported.I can also say with confidence that the journey is worth it.You'll likely find my work both gentler and more powerful than the sort of coaching you might have experienced in the past, in that it combines a compassionate & genuine positive regard with a proactive concern for the uniqueness of your own path. I provide support and a spacious container in which you can ask questions that help you hear yourself, and maintain a steadying and reliable center so you can safely explore and grow.If you're working on something creative or entrepreneurial, I can provide structure to complete the process. If you're in transition or confusion, I can help you move through it on your own terms. And if you're simply tired and need someone to recognize that without trying to fix it, I can do that too.

WHO I WORK WITHI work with people who have, in some form or another, already done their healing work, and who are ready for what's next: not addressing wounds or traumas, but genuine and grounded support for what's ahead. You may be:✧ In the middle of a creative or entrepreneurial project—a book, a business, a body of work— that's demanding more than you expected✧ Anticipating or desiring a shift you can't quite name but know is necessary, or in an transitional period that you'd like to complete✧ Feeling a call to align your life & work with your own core values and personal needs✧ Navigating the territory of a calling that sets you apart✧ Neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or otherwise uniquely construed✧ Seeking a more soulful means of support✧

WHAT IT INVOLVESWe meet weekly for 60 minutes over three months; virtually or by phone, according to your preferences.While this work is tailored according to your unique circumstances, it typically moves through three distinct chapters:1) recognizing and honoring where you are now, including where you've come from and your journey thus far;2) discovering both your own desires and surfacing what genuinely wants to emerge; and3) creating and integrating new structures and systems that serve that unfolding.One of my fundamental assumptions is that feeling stuck or confused is not the result of psychological resistance, nor of blocks needing to be dissolved or removed, but simply an indication that someone or something else is necessary to help bring something real into being. I also do not believe in imposing pre-determined maps onto emergent or creative processes, such that part of our work lies in honoring the uniqueness of what it is you're here to articulate and create, and designing the means of its realization together.Between sessions, you have access to me via email or voice note for questions, reflections, or moments when you need additional support.✧
